Established 50 year old lawn farm business needed a flexible online presence
The most significant achievement for Readylawn was transforming unknown losses into measurable gains. Prior to the redesign, the original site's clunky interface and lack of robust tracking meant the client was unknowingly bleeding potential leads—visitors who simply abandoned the process due to frustration.
To protect the bottom line, we addressed this by implementing a powerful lead capture system designed for superior stability and data visibility. This new foundation, combined with a streamlined user experience, transformed how customers engaged with the brand. It became significantly easier for users to submit high-value enquiry forms for quotes and quickly complete essential tasks like warranty uploads.

Reclaiming Marketing Agility Through Strategic Design
The new focus on e-commerce was most pronounced with Readylawn's Lawnlife product range. Prior to the project, Lawnlife was managed on a separate, standalone website that suffered from a lack of cohesive branding and out-of-date product information. This fragmentation made it difficult for customers to trust the digital shopfront or see it as a premium extension of the Readylawn name.
We began by unifying the brand's visual identity, translating the quality hinted at by their existing product packaging into a polished digital experience. This ensured that the transition from the main Readylawn service site to the Lawnlife retail store felt like one continuous, professional brand journey.
Turning Strategy into a Functional Marketing Asset
We focused on integrating a headless e-commerce structure to ensure the site was both fast and future-proof.
- Strategic Messaging. We reworked the product descriptions and service pages to focus on high-value outcomes, ensuring the benefits of the "Same Day Lawn" and Lawnlife products were immediately clear.
- The Wireframe Foundation. We optimised the path to purchase and the lead capture forms, ensuring that every interaction was designed to convert campaign interest into actual leads or sales.
- The Essential Marketing Tool. We integrated Shopify's headless e-commerce system. This strategic choice separated the front-end user experience from the back-end commerce engine, providing customers with a familiar, seamless shopping experience. For Readylawn, it provided a robust, easy-to-manage platform where they can rapidly update products and manage sales without complex coding.
The Result:
Readylawn moved from a position of losing leads to a position of capturing and growing them. By unifying the brand and deploying a sophisticated headless commerce engine, we gave them a platform that is as reliable and high-performing as the lawns they provide.
